These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the aicostsim.com website (the “Website”), operated by aicostsim (“we,” “us”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

The Website publishes cost estimates for running AI agents, offers a free simulator for exploring those costs with your own values, and offers a form to request a free, individually prepared cost report.

The figures on the Website, the figures the simulator produces, and any report we send you are illustrative estimates, priced from published rates and the values you provide. They are not financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice, and they are not a guarantee of your actual costs or results. The Website is early and may change, break, or be removed without notice.

2. Free to use; paid engagements are separate

The Website, the simulator, and the cost report are free. If you and aicostsim later agree to a paid engagement, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement entered into at that time.

These Terms cover the Website only. They do not create any paid engagement, any obligation to purchase, or any professional-services relationship. Nothing on the Website is an offer capable of acceptance to form a paid contract.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Website. By using the Website, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website in violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
• Submit another person’s personal information in the report-request form without their authorization.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Website, or circumvent any security, rate-limit, or access-control mechanism.
• Scrape, overload, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the Website.
• Reverse-engineer the simulator or use it to build a competing product.

5. Intellectual property

The Website, the simulator, and the models and reference data behind them are owned by us. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Website. All other rights are reserved.

Estimates are based on published rates and the values you provide; treat them as a way to explore scenarios, not as a basis for a business decision on their own.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AICOSTSIM OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
